Refund Policy

CargoScope is operated by Niogram. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for CargoScope subscriptions and purchases.

Web Subscriptions

CargoScope web subscriptions are processed by Paddle. If you believe you were charged in error or need help with a refund request, contact us at support@cargoscope.io. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle when possible.

Legacy App Store and Google Play Purchases

The current CargoScope mobile companion app does not sell subscriptions. If you previously purchased a CargoScope subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that legacy purchase remains billed by the original storefront and refund requests must follow that storefront's refund process.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by the billing provider.
