Service
CargoScope provides shipment tracking, shipment event timelines, team collaboration, and operational notifications for logistics teams. Tracking data can depend on carrier, terminal, and third-party data availability and may change without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or organization. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Current subscriptions are purchased through the CargoScope web portal and managed through Paddle; the mobile companion app does not sell subscriptions. A legacy Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, where applicable, remains managed by the original storefront and may use RevenueCat for entitlement synchronization. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell data outside the intended product experience, upload unlawful content, or use CargoScope to violate the rights of others.
Operational Data
You retain responsibility for the shipment identifiers, customer references, team member details, and other data you submit. You grant CargoScope the rights needed to process that data to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep CargoScope reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may be updated, suspended, or changed. Features and plan limits may evolve as the product improves.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CargoScope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from delayed, missing, or inaccurate third-party tracking data.
