Email support@cargoscope.io and we will reply during business hours, usually within one business day. Include the email address on your CargoScope account and, for tracking questions, the container or supported booking number.
Billing and Subscriptions
Web subscriptions are billed through Paddle and can be managed from account settings after signing in. The CargoScope mobile app is a companion to an existing web workspace and does not sell subscriptions. If your workspace still has a legacy Apple or Google subscription, manage that subscription from the storefront where it was purchased. See our Refund Policy for refund and cancellation details.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your CargoScope account and its data yourself — no support request needed:
- On the web: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete Account.
- In the mobile app: open Settings and choose Delete Account.
Deletion removes your profile, workspace memberships, and any workspace you solely own, including its shipments and event history. This cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email support@cargoscope.io from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Deleting the account does not cancel an active Paddle or legacy storefront subscription; cancel it with the original billing provider first.
